1. General terms and conditions

These conditions apply to all reservations and accommodation agreements entered into between "the Customer" and Hotel Belleval.

Once a reservation is accepted by Hotel Belleval a contract exists between the Customer and Hotel Belleval; the fact that a Customer makes a reservation indicates the Customer's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Before making your reservation, we recommend that you consult our website for the latest changes.

3. Terms and conditions and use of our website

Use of our website is subject to the Terms and Conditions explained below. By using this website, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All discounted rates advertised are limited offers, subject to availability, and may be subject to a minimum number of nights.

Access to the reservation is limited to the exclusive use of individuals or companies, to the exclusion of any group of rooms constituted for the same period of stay. All requests for groups of more than 5 rooms must be made in writing (e-mail) and are subject to a quotation and contract (rates and cancellation conditions specific to groups).

4. Use of the website

Use of the website is restricted to persons over the age of 18 who are of legal age to enter into a contract.

5. Online reservations and third-party websites

Please note that different Terms & Conditions and cancellation policies apply to online bookings made through Booking Agents and other affiliated sites depending on the city, accommodation and rate type selected.

6. Payment methods and credit card payment process

With the exception of customers benefiting from the "Non-refundable" rate, customers must pay the balance in full at check-out or on arrival, using their credit card.or on arrival using their credit/debit card, verified using the latest chip and PIN technology.

On arrival, customers will also be required to pay a deposit, either by pre-authorization on their card or by cash payment (see paragraph below on deposits).

Customers opting for our "Non-refundable" rate benefit from our best available prices at the time of booking.

Full payment is required at the time of booking and is definitely non-refundable.

For security reasons, our "Non-refundable" customers and those who have booked through a third party and have paid in full for their stay, will also be required to validate a prior authorization form.day will also need to validate a pre-authorization on their credit/debit card and provide valid identification upon arrival.

Hotel Belleval accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Hotel Belleval does not accept checks;

Hotel Belleval reserves the right to validate a prior authorization of payment on credit cards used as a guarantee for reservations corresponding to the amount of the first night of the stay prior to arrival. Hotel Belleval reserves the right to cancel reservations associated with refused or invalid credit cards.

Credit/debit card transactions will be charged at the local exchange rate, and Hotel Belleval declines all responsibility for any additional charges that may be applied.

7. Cancellations and no-shows

In accordance with article L. 221- 28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221- 18 of the French Consumer Code The conditions of sale for the fare booked specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the booking. Cancellation of a reservation will only be effective from the date of receipt. Cancellation must be made by e-mail. A cancellation confirmation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation, it is quite possible that we did not receive your cancellation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their cancellation request has been received. Cancellations must be received by noon (local time) two days before the scheduled arrival date for bookings made through a third-party partner. Cancellations of reservations made directly on the hotel's website must be received by noon (local time) the day before the scheduled arrival date. It is important that you retain the cancellation number sent to you. If the customer does not show up or tries to cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, he/she is considered to be in the "No-show" category.will be considered a "No-show" and will be required to pay the full, non-refundable amount. Bookings with prepayment cannot be modified and/or cancelled ("Non-refundable" rate), as long as the total amount and any extra charges have been debited at the time of booking. The Customer accepts that the aforementioned cancellation fees are a fair and true estimate of the loss that Hotel Belleval would incur for the cancellation of a reservation. In the event of interruption of the stay due to the customer's fault, the entire agreed price will be collected. In the case of reservations with prepayment, no refund will be granted.

8. Reservations made through other channels

Bookings can be made through other sources, including online travel agencies, tour operators and other websites with different cancellation policies. Please check your confirmation for details.

9. Accommodation changes by Hotel Belleval

While every reasonable effort has been made by Hotel Belleval to ensure that reservations made under this agreement are able to be honored, we reserve the right to make changes to any accommodations.be honoured, we reserve the right to relocate any booking to accommodation of a similar size and standard in the locality. The Customer acknowledges that Hotel Belleval accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by or caused to the Customer following relocation.

10. Changes to the reservation at the Customer's request

If the Customer wishes to modify his/her reservation (for example, to change the dates of the stay or the accommodation requested) Hotel Belleval cannot guarantee that it will be able to do so. Hotel Belleval cannot guarantee that it will be able to do so and accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or additional expenses that may arise in such circumstances.

While changes are not permitted for the non-refundable rate, they are permitted for flexible bookings (subject to availability) if the request is made no later than 48 h before the scheduled arrival. Additional charges may apply if the accommodation rate for the new nights differs from that of the previous booking.

All requests for changes must be made in writing.

11. Identification, damage, extras and cleaning deposits - Prior authorization on payment card

Photo identification will be required on arrival.

Bedrooms can only accommodate the maximum number of guests indicated in the description, and in accordance with legislation concerning Establishments Receiving the Public.

No additional visitors are permitted. On arrival, guests must provide the hotel with the names of all persons staying with them. Unfortunately, the names of no additional visitors can be added after check-in has been completed.

Hotel Belleval reserves the right to charge a deposit on arrival.

A deposit of €100 is required per night and per room occupied, in addition to payment for the stay.

Only one payment can be taken into account, and only the person responsible will assume responsibility for the conduct of the other occupants.

The payment will be used to cover incidental items, including, but not limited to, breakage, damage to residence property, cleaning costs due to the room being left in an unacceptable state of cleanliness, the cost of any damage to the residence's property, the cost of any repairs to the residence's property, the cost of any repairs to the residence's property and the cost of any repairs to the residence's property.the security deposit may also be used by the owner to pay for any damage to the property, cleaning costs due to the room being left in an unacceptable state of cleanliness, excessive electricity consumption, and breaches of regulations such as smoking in the rooms or disturbing other visitors enjoying the hotel. At the end of an uneventful stay, the pre-authorization will be released in accordance with the policy applied by your bank. As a general rule, this takes between 3 and 10 working days, although for some banks this period is longer.

The customer should note, however, that with the pre-authorization system, there is no money transfer at the time, but this will have an impact on the available balance and on the spending threshold authorized with the card, as long as the pre-authorization is in progress. Hotel Belleval is not responsible for delays due to pre-authorization releases by credit card companies.

In the event of disruption to other guests, or damage to the hotel, the cost to Hotel Belleval will be deducted from the Deposit paid, and only the remaining balance will be returned to the Customer.

If this cost exceeds the amount of the Deposit, the Customer agrees to compensate Hotel Belleval for any damages, additional cleaning costs or other expenses and agrees to pay all costs of recovery including all legal fees, and other expenses.

The Customer hereby gives its consent to Hotel Belleval to charge the Customer's credit card for all reasonable expenses incurred that are not covered by the Deposit.

12. Arrival and departure formalities - Return of keys

The Customer must comply with the regulations imposed by Hotel Belleval at the time of arrival and departure. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, rooms are generally available from 3pm on the day of arrival. In the case of online check-in, the hotel reserves the right to check the identity documents of each occupant. In the case of online payment, the guest must carry the credit card used in his/her name. The credit card used for payment will be requested by the hotel on arrival. In the event of a dispute, the hotel reserves the right to request another means of payment or to cancel the reservation.

To guarantee early arrival (before 12 noon), it is necessary to pre-register the room from the previous night. In the event of a no-show in such circumstances, a fee equivalent to two nights will be charged.

Unless otherwise agreed, all rooms must be vacated and keys returned by 12 noon on the day of departure. By prior arrangement, late departures can be arranged for the day of departure. Late departures will incur additional charges. An additional night's accommodation will be charged for all departures after 3pm.

If the customer does not arrive for departure formalities before 3pm on the day of departure without prior authorization, Hotel Belleval reserves the right to remove the Customer's personal belongings from the room and declines all responsibility for any loss or damage to these belongings.

13. Facilities/services included in the price

All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with TV, minibar, coffee machine, kettle...

Meals and drinks are not included in our product offer unless mentioned in your reservation.

No objects/appliances may be removed from the room. The list and prices of items and services are available at the hotel reception desk.

All prices quoted include bed linen, towels, cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet access. Private use of Wifi is subject to French legislation, security and IP address recognition. The user is responsible for actions taken from his or her access, even if these are carried out by a third party.

The advertised price includes standard hotel services and VAT at the current rate. The tourist tax, which is not included and is applicable to all persons aged 18 and over, will be collected by the hotel and indicated on the customer's bill.

14. Liability for damage to or loss of property belonging to the Customer

The Customer is solely responsible for his or her choice of Services on the Site and their suitability for his or her needs, such that Hotel Belleval cannot be held liable in this respect.

The Customer is also solely responsible for the information communicated at the time of any reservation of a Service. Hotel Belleval shall not be held liable for any erroneous or fraudulent information provided by the Customer. In addition, the Customer alone is responsible for the use of his/her account and for any reservations made, both in his/her own name and on behalf of third parties, including minors, unless fraudulent use resulting from no fault or negligence on his/her part can be demonstrated. In this respect, Hotel Belleval must be immediately notified of any misappropriation or fraudulent use of the Customer's e-mail address.

The Customer undertakes to use the Site and the Services offered therein in compliance with the applicable regulations and these General Terms and Conditions. Should the Customer fail to comply with his/her obligations under these General Terms and Conditions, he/she shall be liable for any damage caused by him/her to Hotel Belleval or to third parties. In this respect, the Customer undertakes to indemnify Hotel Belleval against all claims, actions or recourse of any nature whatsoever that may result therefrom and to compensate Hotel Belleval for all damages, costs or indemnities whatsoever related thereto.

In particular, by making a definitive reservation for a Service, the Customer undertakes to pay the price thereof and to comply with the relevant Special Conditions. Indeed :

The Customer is responsible for all damage caused by him and/or his guests within the Establishment and shall bear all costs incurred by such damage and/or by failure to comply with the aforementioned rules. Hotel Belleval reserves the right to intervene if necessary.

Any reservation or payment that is irregular, inoperative, incomplete or fraudulent for any reason attributable to the Customer shall result in the cancellation of the reservation for the Service at the Customer's expense, without prejudice to any action that Hotel Belleval may take against the Customer;

The Customer must not invite to the Hotel any person whose behavior is likely to be prejudicial to the Hotel;

The Customer must not bring into the Establishment (rooms and common areas) food or drink from outside sources, unless clearly authorized by the Establishment in advance;

Our Establishment is 100% non-smoking, which means that smoking is not permitted within the Establishment, including in the rooms;

The Customer must not disrupt the operation of the Establishment and must not compromise the safety of the Establishment or the people in it;

More generally, any behavior contrary to public decency or public order within the Establishment, as well as any failure to comply with the Establishment's Internal Regulations, will lead the Director to take appropriate action.establishment, will lead the Director of the Establishment and/or any other Service provider to ask the Customer to leave the premises without any compensation and/or without any refund if payment has already been made. 15. Liability for damage to or loss of property belonging to HOtel Belleval

It is the Customer's responsibility to take reasonable care of the room and its contents during his/her stay at Hotel Belleval.

The room and all equipment, utensils, furniture, etc. must be left clean and tidy at the end of your stay, otherwise charges may apply.

Customers are reminded to lock their rooms and close all doors and windows when they leave.

Except in the case of normal wear and tear, you are responsible for any damage to the room or its contents during your stay, which has occurred as a result of negligence, wilful default or irresponsible behaviour on your part or on the part of the persons occupying the room or their guests. Any damage must be reported immediately to the management.

16. Use of the Hotel Belleval and peaceful enjoyment of the premises by all visitors

The Customer must not do anything in the accommodation that may infringe the law.

The Customer must not create any nuisance whatsoever for other customers or members of staff.

Hotel Belleval authorizes the use of its residential complexes solely for personal, appropriate and law-abiding use.

Hotel Belleval expressly prohibits access to its residential complexes by persons other than those listed on the official reservation document.

Hotel Belleval and the Customer agree that no right of occupancy arises from the use of the hotel.

The Customer is not authorized to re-let/sub-let the room to a third party.

Hotel Belleval reserves the right to refuse a Customer entry to the hotel and accommodation if, on arrivalmanagement reasonably believes that the person is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is improperly dressed or behaves in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.

Hotel Belleval applies a strict no-party policy. The maximum number of people per room must not be exceeded, and noise levels must not cause disturbance to other guests. Additional charges will be levied on a Customer's account if it is proven that a party has taken place.

Maximum room occupancy is shown on your booking confirmation.

The Customer must comply with all reasonable rules and procedures in force within the residence, including but not limited to health and safety procedures and requirements, and registration requirements.

When dealing with customer service, the Customer undertakes to remain courteous and not to make any derogatory remarks about Hotel Belleval or its employees or associates, in accordance with the rules of common sense and politeness. Hotel Belleval reserves the right to take any appropriate action against the Customer in the event of any prejudicial or reprehensible behaviour (in particular, unfortunate or offensive behaviour).prehensible behavior (particularly untoward, malicious or insulting behavior), particularly towards Hotel Belleval or its employees or associates.

17. Non-smoking and candle-free policy

All Hotel Belleval rooms are Non-Smoking by law.

A fee of €250 per stay will be charged if you smoke in the room.

The use of candles or open flames in the room is strictly forbidden.

Any act that goes against the detection and security systems is liable to prosecution.

18. Management access to rooms

The management team and its authorized staff may enter rooms at any time for the purpose of inspecting the room, and carrying out repair or maintenance work.

19. Claims

Hotel Belleval guarantees to make every reasonable effort to ensure that the accommodation chosen by the Customer is correctly furnished and of good quality.

In the event of dissatisfaction, the Customer must immediately inform Hotel Belleval of any complaint, no later than 12 hours after your arrival. If Hotel Belleval does not comply with its guarantee and does not have the capacity to correct the problem, Hotel Belleval will choose at its discretion to provide you with a replacement room (subject to availability) or a partial refund of the price paid.

20. Child policy

Children under 3 years of age are accommodated free of charge in rooms where a cot is available.

21. Small pets

Small pets are accepted in rooms for a supplement of 15 euros per night.

Guide dogs are allowed on the premises.

22. Disputes

The General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory protective provisions that may apply in the consumer's country of residence.

Hotel Belleval hereby informs the Customer of the possibility of resorting to a conventional mediation procedure or to an arbitration procedure in the event of a dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions.or any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions set out in Title I of Book VI of the French Consumer Code.

After having referred the matter to customer service or the Establishment in an attempt to resolve the dispute amicably, and in the event of a negative response or the absence of a response within sixtylai of sixty (60) days from the date of referral, the Customer may refer the matter, free of charge, to the consumer ombudsman responsible for the professional, i.e. the Association of European Consumer Ombudsmen (AME CONSO)

23. Miscellaneous

In accordance with article L.223-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers who do not wish to be the subject of commercial canvassing by telephone may, free of charge, register on a telephone canvassing opposition list. This list is accessible via the following website: www.bloctel.gouv.fr.
